Glass drilling machine(driller) adopts NC system (PLC + orientation module + touch screen) to control, realizing XZW axis direction's precise orientation by AC servo system. In actual operation, just put the glass on the transmission belt, input drilling position data on the screen, press the start button, the machine will automatically position itself and finish all drilling operations, and automatically stop when the work is completed. This machine's two group drilling head can work at the same time, only one group drilling head is also ok. SLZ225B's drilling system adopts AC servo system to realize synchronous feeding so that the four axis can work synchronously. The drilling head adopts converter motor device, and the drilling speed can be adjust by the drilling Diameter. This machine has high drilling efficiency and accurate position, is an ideal equipment of glass curtain wall and other large spec and volume glass drilling production.
