As the insulating glass procedure is required to be made within a shortest possible period following the finish of the coating procedure for the traditional LOW-E, the glass can not be transported to another distant place for the compound procedures for insulating glass, thus resulting in certain restrictions on wide promotion and processing of glass.

Temperable coated products
  The glass used for modern buildings must be safety glass. Most of it is tempered glass or its compound products. The traditional LOW-E tempered glass has to be tempered before the coating procedure because its coating materials can not endure high temperature. This results in certain restrictions on the distribution and processing of the coated and tempered safety glass.

   Making use of new materials and techniques, Xinyi Glass has developed the temperable coated glass products. The coating film of such coated product can remain undamaged at the high temperature of 630, and its optical and thermal performance is identical with those of the traditional coated products.The features of traditional coating technique renders it impossible to produce and coat curved glass. However, the temperable products provide a perfect solution thereto. and make the previously unrealizable design concepts possible today.
