Modern auto windshields are generally made of two sheets of curved glass with Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) layer laminated between them in high temperature and high pressure processing . Windshields protect the vehicle's occupants from wind, temperature extremes, sunlight and flying debris such as dust, insects, and rocks by its transparentness, high mechanical strength and lightfastness.
At present, the company has produced more than 30,000 types of models, has covered almost all the listed vehicle, the biggest specification is 2700 x 2300mm for bus curved windshield. 60% of the products for export and 40% for domestic sales.
Performance characteristics:
1.Excellent safety performance.
Since the middle PVB firmly bond with a solid glass , it can withstand impact on the penetration of high-speed vehicle accidents. When the glass broken by the force of impact, the debris was carried PVB middle membrane bonded to prevent from flying debris and falling glass block to keep integrated, thus avoiding a result of personal injury caused by falling debris dispersion or vehicle may continue to operate also to avoid accidents, effectively ensure the physical safety of people.

automotive laminated glass for long-lasting protection against ultraviolet function ,when the ultraviolet wavelength below 388mm,6mm float glass, anti-UV radiation performance is 29%, and the same thickness of transparent automotive laminated glass for more than 99% protection against ultraviolet capability. thus protecting the vehicle to avoid ultraviolet radiation and other decorative occurred faded and aging.
