Automatic emulsion coating machine(glass machine)
1.The machine frame is very stable with welding high quality material.
2 At the admitted specification of the mechanical range ,any material frame can be used .
3 Thickness of the coated film is controlled by coating pressure and times
4 Front/back single or double-side coating are optional , film think tolerance falls within 3 V range
5 Frame holding / releasing can be operated by pneumatic switch at that time the frame can be hold by both hands
6 By the end of the stroke ,the trough lays level and slows down coating to 15mm from the frame edge ,no needing to fill up the edge.
