    Glass Silk-Screen Printing Line (printer machine) frit tempered glass is decoration glass with acid and alkaline resistance and high safety. It is made by printing the frit on the glass surface with silk-screening printing machine, then tempering to enable the frit sinter on the glass surface permanently. The production line is composed of washing and drying machine, pre-positioning machine, silk-screen printing and drying machines and transition, air-cooling and unloading sections. The whole line is centralized by PLC and equipped with hi-tech touching screen, assistant operation and manual and automatic operation programs that produce interactive operation conditions. In addition, the silk screen printing machine has automatic and manual positioning and automatic speed transmission devices, synchronous speed transmission devices, which can transform to be synchronous as the drying machine. The drying speed is adjustable to requirement of products. Productions lines with special specifications and colors can be customized.
