Introduction:B. The organizing and supply of one separate and independent technical team (Party 3), made by most experienced exports from best Chinese float glass factories.
This technical team will be the technical consultant of the buyer (Party 1) as well as technical supervisor on the seller (Party 2). It means they will supervise and conduct all the works mentioned above of the main contractor (Party 2).
For example, they can
1. Supervise and check and improve all the designs and technical know-how given by Party 2;
2. Supervise the choose of machineries and materials, make sure that Party 2 will choose good quality ones
3. Inspect and accept all the machineries and materials (for both refractory and steel structure) before they leave China;
4. Supervise and guide all the construction and installation carried out by Party 2
5. Supervise and guide and help all the training on corresponding technical personnel of Party 1
6. Supervise and improve the trail production as well as further production, including the confirmation and adjustment of main process parameters.

Introduction: On float glass project, the services we can supply include mainly the following 3 items:
A. The choosing and confirmation of the main contractors (Party 2) from China, who will supply the following
1. The design for the whole factory, including both full line machineries and attaching and civil work (basic constructions)
2. The complete know-how of technologies and production process of float glass
3. The supply and installation and commissioning of all the machineries
4. The supply of all the necessary software for the main production system
5. The technical guide and performing of trial production
6. The training on corresponding technical personnel of whole factory of buyer, including training for both in and outside of China.
B. The organizing and supply of one separate and independent technical team (Party 3), made by most experienced exports from best Chinese float glass factories.

The design capacity of this line is 460TPD high quality float glass products, including for both construction grade and auto grade.
This production line adopts the best configuration of China as well as some advanced products from Japan and Europe. The designed furnace life is 16 years. In Cold End, full set of automatic Grenzbach glass cutting, optimizing and stacking system, which is the best and most popular in float glass industry, is used.
As the technical consultant of GoldPlus, we followed all the courses of this project including: the economic feasibility research report, sign of contract, design, civil work, inspection and acceptance of equipments and materials, installation and commissioning of equipments and trial production etc. So that the Reasonable Project Cost, Optimization of Materials & Equipments and Preciseness of Installation Quality of this project can be guaranteed.
